Haven Mood Tracker

Updated: Jul 27, 2023

The Haven Mood Tracker does not require the user of the App to purchase a subscription. It is a full featured mood tracker that we believe is competitive with other mood tracking Apps out there today that charge monthly subscription fees.

Our mood tracker allows you to track your mood overtime, as well your sleep habits, i.e., hours slept and quality. In addition, the user is able to create journal entries, as well as track their level of depression, anxiety and self esteem with our support for the PHQ-9, GAD-7 and RSE (Rosenberg self-esteem) assessments.

Finally, our App provides trend reporting so that you can graphically track your moods over time, as well how your journaling activities correlate to your daily mood.

The Haven mood tracker is an important part of our eco system that caters specifically to people suffering and struggling with mood disorders, grief, PTSD, addiction, autism, eating disorders, etc.
